Absolutely charming, perfectly clean place and cute area. Triple room was neat and huge. This accommodation had a very central setting. Restaurant in hotel was small and the pool area was heated.

I had a real good time, excellent value for money. Isolated location to stonehenge. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. Everything was fab as expected, nonetheless the bathroom was wet.
Some of the staff were difficult to find.

We loved nice hot breakfasts and astonishing views!
Super great and so clean hotel, unbeatable location. Professional stuff and private parking available. The ground room was such huge and perfectly fine, with coffee and climate control. Functional bathroom was luxurious. Found in a beautiful part of the town. The customer service here was impeccable too.

Good base for exploring Bath. We really loved rooms and staff - just great.
-
Fabulous location, not far from town. Tasty continental breakfast included in price

The location was excellent! close to Pulteney Bridge, within walking distance to centre of town and station
-
Location was accessible, our room had pretty views. Suitable place for a holiday. Also, it was within a 10 minute walk from henrietta park. Breakfasts were delicious and generous. Beds are good sized and comfy: )

Very good location, good service, historical building.
More a bed and breakfast establishment although a very good one; not really a hotel in the normal sense. We had 2 rooms at the top of the house, but with no lift. There were 60 stairs and both my wife and myself were over 65 years old.Very expensive for a guest house.

Exactly as we expected from the information on the internet. We were there for two nights and we definitely recommend this hotel, it is very convenient located and still very quiet with friendly staff.
-
lovely room, excellent location and friendly helpful staff.

Please write at least 15 words Very welcomingand comfortable but breakfast very ordinary

The hotel has a good location within five minutes of the centre of Bath, but away from the noise. There are many good restaurants & pubs nearby. Breakfast was very good & the staff were all helpful & friendly. My single room was comfortable & a decent size of an older building--larger than single rooms in Paris or Rome or London. There is no lift so you will need to climb stairs & if on the third floor they are steep. I really enjoyed my stay at The Windsor & would definitely stay there on a return trip to Bath.

The staff were very helpful and the kippers for breakfast were as nice as I have had in years.
Booked.net have this as a 5* hotel which it most certainly is not. It is a guest house and if like us you are in the attic good luck and breath in. If it had been £60 you would have accepted it but it was way over priced at 5* Hotel level.
-
Room very comfortable, clean and a good view. Staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great and really is useful to have the parking permit to park on the street. We felt that the cooked breakfast was worth the extra £6.
Pricey but looking at many of the hotels in Bath, it seems generally more expensive than some other cities - although well worth it.
-
very convenient location. Interesting experience to see the inside of a traditional home
I found the cost too high for the level of comfort
